  I recently stayed at this location with my girlfriend while visiting family. Overall, the rooms themselves were lovely—very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had no issues with the accommodations or the general services provided. However, my experience was negatively impacted by an employee at the front desk named Kalesy. During check-in, her demeanor was noticeably rude and unwelcoming, as though our presence was an inconvenience. First impressions matter, and this immediately set an uncomfortable tone for our stay. Additionally, while spending time in the lobby, my girlfriend and I overheard Kalesy speaking negatively about her colleagues in front of guests. This was highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in a customer-facing environment. I believe that professionalism and respectful communication are essential in hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations. While the property itself was great, interactions like this make it difficult for me to confidently recommend staying here if this behavior continues.

  My wife and I stayed here one night. We were extremely happy with our stay. The breakfast was very good which was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage patties, bacon, pancakes and toast. There also was cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk and juice. Very good service as well. The room was clean and spacious and he shower worked very well.

  Best breakfast I had at a motel in a long time and the girl that was working in the morning of the seventh she was very polite and amazing and very Attentive To breakfast. Nice hot shower. The Beds are very comfortable.

  Hotel is pos, definitely not a 3 star hotel. More like motel 6. Fridge broken, control knob ripped off. Lousy bed. Lady at front desk was friendly.

  This was a wonderful stay! Location is great, tucked behind a Travelodge and next to a Denny’s if you don’t feel like going out to get food. The service at said Denny’s is atrocious, but down the street there are plenty of good options. My suite was spacious and very comfortable and the place was very quiet. Staff was very friendly, both morning and evening. Good sized TV’s with Dish Network and other options. Channels on the guide in alphabetical order which I’d never seen before but was very helpful seeking channels out. I did not partake in breakfast both days nor the jacuzzi/pool so can’t speak on that. Highly recommend this hotel!
