  One of the nicest best western sites I've stayed at and I've been to a lot. Great breakfast, fresh plentiful food, large dining area, lots of staff on hand. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. And the room still had carpet on the floor. I hate having hardwood floors in a hotel room.

  If you value your vehicle don’t stay here, I spent the night here on 5/4/26, and someone attempted to break into my truck, they managed just to crack my driver side window and when the horn sounded it must have scared them off, and it was parked across front the front lobby all night and the staff didn’t see or here anything. When I told them in the morning about it they didn’t seem to concerned, obviously they need a night time security guard and cameras for the parking lot, they said all they can do is call the local police in Tollleson to file a report, not much help. The Hotel seem decent and the rooms were nice and clean the outside property look ed nice but obviously they need better night time security, I will not be staying there anytime soon!

  Not the cheapest hotel but the service certainly made it feel like it. I made sure to add the late checkout option to my reservation on Best Westerns website and confirmed it via the email received confirming our reservation. Was surprised by a knock at the hotel door on our checkout day asking if we had requested a late checkout. We confirmed we did but received a call 30 mins later saying we never requested a late checkout and that it was not possible to do this via their online booking process. I let the person on the phone know that I did request it and I did it online as it was present in the email confirming our reservation. I was told that I would need to walk down to reception to pay the late checkout fee even though they had my card on file. Made the whole process a lot harder than it should have been. This whole issue would not have been a big deal if we had not had poor service provided earlier in our stay. We called down to reception to request clean towels and were told to walk down to reception to get them... Again, not a major inconvenience by itself but when coupled with other service issues it made the whole stay less than accommodating. If common hotel services are important to you do not stay here.
