Safelite AutoGlass makes windshield replacement so easy. Easy online appointment, and you can choose in shop or at your location. My service technician Daevon was extremely professional and on time. The installation was flawless and looks factory perfect, even though it was done in my driveway! I am so impressed with every facet of this company, I’d give them a million stars if I could!
Had me wait an hour just to be told the glass I wanted was not available!
Edit:
Same thing happened during pickup, was waiting there endlessly and my car was already ready outside!
Edit:
Do not install their wipers. They’re cheap and leave a streak of thin rubber on glass. Does not wipe water off efficiently.
Mike Waterhouse, the tech who replaced my windshield was fast yet very efficient! He explained the whole process and even made the time to take off my park entrance ticket and put it on new windshield!
I know two others that work at Safelite, Larry and Jenelle Utsinger and they've been very helpful too!

Tech was nice but work was not. I saw the cracks were still visible. Tech said point of impact would remain but spider legs would not. When I left work viewing the windshield from the inside, spider leg cracks are still there and likely to spread. Terrible when I have a nice car and fully insured to have a damaged windshield after a so called repair due to shotty, substandard, low quality incomplete repair work.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Worst place I have ever dealt with. First tech disappeared with my car for 1:45 mins. Only to return in a cold sweat, when I asked where he was. He then proceeded to say he couldn't calibrate it. And they would send another tech tomorrow. Later that evening we found a dented center console and glass shards on the passenger seat. Next tech also couldn't repair it, so had to wait for a 3rd tech. They were going to need a new windshield, since they said the first one had calibration issues. Had to wait a couple of weeks due to glass settling issues. Next windshield had same issue. So they sent another tech. At this point they gave up and sent us to get it repaired through our dealership. We had to pay our dealership $315 to fix Safelites mistakes. Which btw the dealership did in less then an hour. And they refused to cover any costs which were all their mistakes. I understand some of the techs may have also come from Scottsdale in talking with them as well. Stay away. And the worst is, they aren't even honorable enough to cover the issues they caused.
