Had a chip on the highway this am, and within an hour of it occurring the helpful staff here had taken care of it. They walked me through the process with my insurance and fixed it quickly. Honestly, the best service I’ve had in the valley in months. Highly recommend them.

Luke, the technician, was exceptional! He arrived promptly and even early, which was a huge plus. Throughout the process, he kept me informed by calling to check if he could come early or if he would wait to avoid any inconvenience. Luke was incredibly transparent, walking me through every step of the process, from drying to curing, and even providing instructions on how to use the watering repellent. His honesty and excellent customer service truly set him apart. Luke is an outstanding representative of Safelight, and they are fortunate to have him on their team.
I used Safelite in the past and actually got to talk to a human. This new AI phone service sucks. I got hung up on three times. The last time i asked for customer service. It said they were busy and hung up on me. The sad part of all this is i was going to have a 46 fleet vehicles taken here. But will be looking for a different glass company. I wound how many people go someplace after they get hung up on.
These guys messed up my rearview mirror. It was still barely attached and just a few days later, it fell off. There is no way the technician was not aware of this, but obviously did not tell somebody. I was able to schedule a warranty repair appointment scheduled for between 7 AM and 11 AM. That’s a pretty wide range. The guy texted around 10:45a and said It might be as late as 11:45 AM. By 12p, no further update. I finally cancelled.

One entire week. Sent out 2 techs, and went to the shop twice. First tech went to teh wrong address then showed up with the wrong windshield. Second tech showed up with the wrong windshield. At the shop, they received the wrong windshield for a 3rd time... the fourth time around I finally got my windshield fixed.
Dont expect to call and get any consideration for your circumstances, just drop the keys off shut up and pick it up at the end of the day. Between the unanswered attempts to call, the shear volume of phone numbers attributed to Safelite, and the franchise feel of the place just really soured my opinions of them.
