we reserved a two bedroom suite within two hours my son killed three spiders two cockroaches and one other bug when we went to the front desk to complain about it. The lady said it’s monsoon season. Also, we cannot spray for pests inside the rooms because it would hurt our guest so two lies to me did not try to change your room. Did not try to offer anything to fix the problem my 19-year-old son ended up sleeping in his convertible Mustang so I wasted renting a two bedroom suite. Will never stay at this best Western again and questioning staying at other best westerns from now on.

Well, it's a motel so... just ok. Very noisy, thin walls/ceilings, noisy cars and trucks parked right in front of your door.. pet park was good but WAY far away. It's behind the property, across a back alley, in a vacant dirt lot. You have to let a dog out at least 5 times a day, so too far, and not safe at night. Room ok, but bathroom need total remodel. Mold around tub and curtain. Who uses shower curtains anymore?? Also tiny. Decent selection for breakfast, but bad quality. The second day we ate out. Will not stay there again.
Great location but that being said rooms have heavy odor , toilets don’t function properly, cockroaches running down the sidewalk and most of our groups keys not functioning after a late evening in town . Also never have had to leave a $150 damage deposit before . Not happy
The room was average motel room. The pool was closed for the season. Its very small anyway. Very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was good. There is a restaurant/attached to the lobby which is a plus. Would stay again.

★☆☆☆☆ — Do Not Book If You Expect What You Paid For
We reserved a room with two beds. What we got instead was one bed and a portable cot — which arrived dirty, with hair and visible grime on the sheets, clearly used by a previous guest. When staff replaced it, the second cot had a broken spring protruding from the mattress, making sleep nearly impossible.
For our third night, we requested a proper solution. They brought back the original dirty cot.
When we escalated to the manager and asked for reasonable financial compensation, we were offered an $80 credit — and told that if we didn’t like it, we could leave. That is not customer service. That is dismissal.
We took her up on it, called around Prescott, found another hotel, and cancelled the remaining nights through Booking.com. We are still waiting to confirm the charge adjustment.
The front desk staff were kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic — this review is not about them. The failure here is entirely a management problem: a dirty bed, a broken bed, no accountability, and an ultimatum instead of an apology.
Stay elsewhere.
