  Really a beautiful location in a remote area. Highly recommend this place in between traveling from Pinetop through Springerville area. There's not a lot of civilization in these remote areas so, I would definitely put this location as a great stopping point when traveling afar.

  Vent in bathroom barley worked to filter out that smell from #2 and very dirty. Looked like it never had been cleaned. Pillows were flat like a steamroller ran em over.Stiff neck from them. 2 people. Lady 2 doors down smoking on walkway and it blowing in room from air-conditioning. No smoking signs posted but ignored. Parking is horrible. No handicapped room as requested. Could not get tv on for 15 mins because sensor was behind tv. Desk chair had to be pulled out with force cause desk too low. Really! Really small bathroom. You have to step in completely to close door. Bathroom needs caulking and fresh paint. Bathroom so small I stubbed toe at night. 1 tiny sink area. NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE AT ALL! 4 nights on holiday was over $600! No pool. 1 Ice machine at far end of building in washer and dryer room. Staff was friendly. Front desk black gentlemen is a great guy. Doing breakfast bar and running front desk. Props to that guy for being a hard worker! Breakfast was good variety. Will not stay there again though.

  First room we had was dirty, pee on the floor and dirty sink. Had to be moved to another room after calling twice. Otherwise hotel was fine. We would consider staying again as it was likely a one off.

  Kadence was very nice and friendly. She made my check-in delightful with her bubbly personality. I stayed over night. My job made the reservations so I don’t know how much the room cost. It was clean. I didn’t have any odds smells or anything. It’s not the Embassy Suites so I wasn’t expecting that level of accommodations. In all I didn’t have anything to complain about. Kadence mentioned there is free breakfast serviced in the morning. Full breakfast not continental breakfast. I will see in the morning and update this post….. Update They had self-made waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice, cold cereal, coffee, hot tea and a little more goodies

  In Lakeside-Pinetop for the day scouting lakes around the area and decided to spend the night. Best Western of Pinetop offered a reasonable rate, and since I'm a Platinum member, it was the logical choice. Check-in went smoothly and even received a candy bar and a bottle of water. I guess membership has its privileges 😅 The room was clean and well maintained. And the overall grounds looked nice. Charming little restaurant located right next door and has an excellent breakfast menu. Best Western offers their free breakfast, which is good as well. It's that it's usually closed by the time I get up... Will definitely consider staying at the Pinetop location again if we're there for only one night.
