  They tell you the fee is $20 no matter if you charging your car for 1 minute or 24 hours After hooking up my car and then feeding my family lunch and coming back 45 minutes later My mileage had gone from 45 to 49 and the car stopped charging. This is not a large system they plug it into an outlet inside of their laundry room and they're charging system does not function correctly. They wasted an entire hour of my time I made it all the way up to 53 mi disconnected and drove away One star service probably also reflects the quality of their rooms. Do not treat this as a place that you can stop and get power unless it's an absolute emergency and then I suggest monitoring the machine to make sure it doesn't turn off while it's charging.

  The room was clean. The bed linens were new and fresh, plenty of parking small but does the job. I have stayed here a couple of times and always been comfortable.

  Rooms are very clean and great customer service!!! They also had a EV charger at great value.

  Definitely not worth $175 for a last minute stay on a Sunday evening when they clearly had several vacant rooms. For starters, the reception area was cluttered and not very inviting. There was strong odor of curry. I like curry and the smell, but at a restaurant. The front desk person was not rude but not welcoming either. She was transactional. I will say that the room we stayed in was clean and had the basic essentials you would expect from a 2 star hotel. However, the towels were old, not torn, but definitely flat. The AC unit was loud and I don’t believe the temperature it we set it to before we went to sleep ever reached that, fortunately it’s May and so the weather is decent. The television was slow, not sure why? The breakfast, now again, I realize that we should not expect a whole lot from a 2 star hotel but it should be decent. I mean, orange juice should taste and look like orange juice but it didn’t. It tasted syrupy, and that’s because it was made with a syrup and water combination, as was the apple and cranberry juice, but ok. Then we get to the bread/pastry display, they had bagels, white and wheat bread slices, and mini donuts like the hostess kind, but I doubt they were brand name. Those were individually laid out to take up space. They looked “touched”, meaning, taken out of the packaging and spread out. That didn’t look right. The regular coffee was weak, you could see right through. The bacon slices were paper thin, but I’ve seen them like that at other hotels, even the three star hotels. They had eggs, those seemed to be fine. They had different type cereals and a waffle maker, those looked normal. We were tired from driving all day and were hoping to find a decent place to stay for the night before hitting the road. We’ve always trusted Best Western to be a decent place to stay however, this time they didn’t hit the mark. Looking at all the 4 star reviews, in my opinion, I don’t feel they’re honest.
