  False advertisement, rates were showing as $112 online but when I arrived I was told the rate was $180 and there was an additional $10 per person. The establishment was even under construction and no other guest were there. No breakfast was included and when I showed the rate online to the front desk agent he advised that the rate was for a single room. If you are used to modern hotels/motels with good customer service please keep driving!

  When we go to this area we always stay at this hotel because of the staff, the location, the cleanliness of rooms and the breakfast.

  The Best Western Sawmill is an outstanding hotel off 260 in Heber. I stayed there for 7 months for work. It is very quiet and the staff is outstanding. The owner/manager Dave, will absolutely make sure any accommodations or needs are met with pleasure. I will most definitely be returning if ever back out this way!!

  I made a reservation online with Super.com and Best Western Sawmill Inn wanted my credit card info from super.com. Super.com didn’t give them my information so I had to pay again for my one night at this hotel. I know they got their money from super.com plus money again for the night I had reservations for. Beware when Super.com and Best Western Sawmill Inn. I got stiffed from both Best Western Sawmill Inn and Super.com. The room: wasn’t very clean, the floors and the bathroom were filthy. All in all a terrible hotel experience.
