  I forgot my Technicians name but that guy rocks. My windshield frame was messed up where it would make it nearly impossible to get the new windshield to sit correctly. He banged it out and lifted it up to get it to fit in properly. Still took under and hour plus he gave me a discount with two free wipers. Awesome customer service!

  If you want the lowest quality glass available that’s apparently made from paper mache, then Safelite has the glass for you. My OEM windshield in my Volvo lasted 20 years and was only replaced because a tree hit the glass. The new windshield Safelite install chips if you sneeze at it. It has more chips in it in 8 months than my original had in 20 years. Safelite will NOT tell you that OEM glass is available. Make sure you always request OEM glass so you don’t end up with an INFERIOR QUALITY windshield that chips if a leaf falls on it. PIN THEM DOWN AND ASK FOR OEM They actually make it a company policy to NOT tell Consumers that OEM glass is available.

  Safelite did a wonderful job replacing my windshield. Turns out it had been replaced before I obtained the car and they had used the wrong windshield. The technician was on time. Did a great job. I would highly recommend them

  Tech came within scheduled time. Was professional, friendly, and polite. Completed job within 2 hrs which included calibrating camers.

  So I had my vehicle glass replaced at this location. They ruined the camera housing by using some black adhesive to attempt to hide the fact that they broke the camera cover. I was driving and the camera cover all of a sudden fell obstructing my view. I contacted them and they stated they were only going to replace what they broke but mind you they ruined the housing by placing the black adhesive on it. Their response was we will clean it off . No you won’t your replacing it as it didn’t originally have that gunk on it. I received a call that it was going to take 3-6 days for the parts to arrive. So in the meantime I am driving around with my vehicle taped up attached. Let see if they in fact resolve this issue …..rest to continue. Well still nothing I guess fixing their mistakes is not priority dispute creating a safety hazard for me and family . Since my family’s safety and property is no concern to them all you five stars should actually check the workmanship. Or unless it was a scheme to lower my review thread . But I’ll be back for more. So I was called just now and my parts came in . I was available today to have it done as it wouldn’t be an inconvenience but they weren’t available for today. So now I have to wait another week since they weren’t available. Because they want to inconvenience me more . More to follow So radar is my appointment. I told the manager won’t mention name but I said today 4-29-26 . Anytime after ten am . I missed a call at 8:40 from them. Hopefully they didn’t try to change my appointment earlier . We will see soon
