  We arrived at the hotel. Everything was great! The room was awesome. We spent a real nice time at the pool, But we decided to do laundry and we asked for the laundry room was and they told us it was by the gym area. We came across the room that had washers so we thought that was the laundry rooms and we went in to use it. Not being from the area never rented a room in Best Western before. We didn't think nothing of it. Once the washer started to do the laundry, the cleaning lady came by and told us we couldn't use that area because it was for employees. Very hostile they told us that they were going to let us wash because the washer had already started washing but they were going to charge us $50 for the mistake and they were doing this a favor because they could charge over $200. I feel that they do this to try to scam people for money when you don't know anything in a new area. I think it's very unprofessional because we took it up with the desk clerk and apparently they told the manager and the manager said that we needed to be charged that. I will never stay at a Best Western again. They didn't want to help us because my wife didn't speak English and they were very hostile towards us. That's very unprofessional.. I wouldn't recommend anybody staying at this kind of place where they treat people like there are nothing.

  Stayed on 8/16/26. Surprisingly nice hotel. Possibly a recent remodel was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

  Upon arrival, I was told I had to pay for early check in even though I was given the option for a complimentary check in when checking in online. Then they verified that I needed ADA room and then said someone else must be with you. 8 said no, and she asked again if I need an ADA room. I know I don't look disabled, but it still shouldn't be asked. I was also not able to shower as the shower chair provided would not fit in the tiniest tub I've ever seen at a Beat Western. I typically need a walk in shower. If I was not disabled, it would have been a 5 star stay. Not good if needing accommodation.

  clean and safe feeling hotel. welcoming staff. my room was $47 on expedia after tax, but booking at the hotel directly would’ve been $90 before tax — they do price match though! wifi available, mcdonald’s and gas station next door. my window showed grass but also a fence which made it feel more safe. laundry room, gym, and pool people seemed to be enjoying. the beds are comfortable and had 4 pillows each. would definitely recommend!
