  This was a lovely experience with very fine staff at the desk in the kitchen out on the yard wherever we encountered them they were helpful and friendly and seem to really enjoy working at this best Western

  Nothing wrong with it, but definitely not what we expected. We paid like $179 to stay here thinking it would be nicer bc of the pricing, but it's just a regular ole 80s feel type of vibe with "top quality soaps" you know the stuff they use to make it seem fancier than what it really is. Can tell we weren't the only one's fooled it's pj wearers bumping music thuggin on up to nicer looking BMWs sitting outside. So it might be safe but definitely could've saved a $100 and stayed somewhere for $79 and been the same quality and caliber of people and had all the same amenities

  This was an excellent location, had great employees and breakfast was great. The property is well maintained and the people who work there take pride in their jobs. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The dog park was awesome for our fury family member.

  Bobby had a Great Time. Front desk was very helpful, they knew that from a long travel day that we needed some food and suggested the Rocky Corner next door which was amazing as well. The breakfast was awesome, they really know how travelers like their breakfast. (Bacon, Eggs, Hash Browns) and was served which was nice as well.

  Did not plan to stay in Hot Springs but ended up there and it was later than we thought after we ate. At the restaurant, I mentioned all the hotels were sold out. Someone over heard and said “you should try the best western by the casino. It’s nicer than you think”. There were just a few nonsmoking rooms left. It was very cozy and clean. But the next morning we went down for breakfast, which was included. The service was amazing. Very friendly ladies that made the experience even better. Thank you so much for being so friendly and feeding us good food for breakfast.
