  This is the absolute nicest Best Western I've ever stayed in, and I travel A LOT for work. It's clean, comfortable, the staff is great and it has an indoor, heated pool. Everytr I'm working on this area, I'm staying here from now on.

  I went for a weekend trip and stayed and would definitely recommend it for the price. From the phone call to the time I checked out everyone was nice and helpful. So much so that locked myself out within the first 10 minutes of being there. Called the front desk and they had another key ready when I got there. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and did not smell like smoke. Very easy to get to from the interstate. Everything is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. Overall very good experience

  My Names is Brandi Krob and I’m a General Manager, for the Best Western Santa Fe in Amarillo Tx, the second shift gentleman who was very rude to check my son in seemed put off that he was even there was very unprofessional! My son stayed a week, then needed to stay 5 more days he was unwilling first off to take the sale , I was even willing thank you to pay 100$ or more due to it being a emergency, said he was booked up? I told him really on my end it says there are 20 rooms available he said he didn’t know? So I had to redo another reservation which surprise was available! So I am here at our convention and will be speaking with the Ceo Larry thank you ! Do better this is unacceptable and would be fired ! But the morning girl better.

  The room looked recently remodeled with newish carpeting and shower. The bed was soft and the room was clean. The in room phones did not work so, if there were any issues, you had to walk to the front desk. Our issue, other than non-working house phones, was no facial tissues upon arrival during allergy season. The guys working the breakfast room were the real stars. They were friendly and kept the breakfast items re-stocked. Kudos to them!
