  Come on Hotel Management! There's no way you should be charging $100+ with old outdated pictures, for the condition of this hotel. You need to address this immediately! I came for the weekend, had a flight cancelled, and barely made it to a wedding. I expected to be able to relax at the hotel. No way... It's filthy, carpet & furniture are worn & full of stains, there's a strong mildew smell throughout the hotel, rips in the paint & walls, mold on the drapes and walls... I wanted the shuttle, it was not available, wanted coffee, machine is broken, wanted to relax at the pool & hotel tub, both unavailable, it's full of green algae & obviously not being maintained with proper chemical treatment. Wow!! Guys this is unacceptable!! It's beyond jaw dropping. What you think you are buying and what you receive are vastly different. The price is the same as all the other hotels! I was able to sleep, and the AC was good, and staff was polite. This is not ok to deceive people, update your ads/website and show the real conditions!! I do not recommend coming here.

  This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade and seriously needs some tlc.. had to change rooms as soon as I got there.. 1st room Smell was unbearable.. 2nd room still had a funky odor, especially after I turned super loud air conditioner off.. I found a huge mean lookin spider in my room that I covered with a cup. Now to the pool, of yall not gonna take care of that pool, why even have it open?? The jacuzzi was full of throw up green , look like waste water, full of everything, as well as a pool of mosquitoes and bugs. The pool was dirty and filled with Alge…the sides were falling apart and pieces of it was laying in the pool.. it’s not fit for nobody to be swimming in. Needless to say, we cut a 4 day trips, down to just that one night. This hotel should be shut down and started over..

  I stayed here for a few days and the front desk associates were very nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. However unfortunately housekeeping DID NOT they are very rude and every time I request towels or toiletries there's a problem they act as if your getting on there nerves for asking them for supplies. They make faces and have nasty attitudes all around . I was going to stay here for 3 more weeks while I'm here on a business trip but after the service I received today me and my family will not spend another dime in this establishment . I feel as if I'm paying MY MONEY TO STAY HERE AND DONT ASK FOR ROOM SERVICE DAILY AND ALL I ASK IS FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND MORE TOILETRIES THATS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO ! THE FACT I ASK FOR 4 AND ONLY RECEIVED 2 TOWELS and told that's all I could get IS INSANE WHEN I PAY TO STAY SOMEWHERE I EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT NOBODY WANTS TO STAY SOME WHERE AND GET TREATED LIKE THEIR THE BARE MINIMUM BY HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. OTHER THAN HOUSE KEEPING IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE BUT THEY HAVE DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS AFTER THIS ! Courtesy of their housekeeping and nasty attitudes .

  Honestly the rooms were sub par, half the outlets didn’t work. Hot tub looks like it’s been damaged for a year. The worst part was the two fat black women that worked the front desk, worst customer service imaginable, especially the one that refuses to stand up out of her chair. All and all I would imagine the good reviews were from some time ago or paid for. Don’t waste your stay at this one.

  We stayed one night, they originally had us in room 219 which smelled like cat urine and mildew, bathroom door would not close, and the minifridge did not cool. We realized the barn style bathroom door hardware was ripped off the wall and requested another room. They moved us to 221 which did not smell like urine, just mildew. We sucked it up and finished our evening there intending to swim but the pool is in shambles. Tiles missing all around the edge, lining is chipping, and overall dirty. We would not stay here again. Staff was very friendly
