  My husband and I stayed there on 04/09/26. Shortly after we got in bed my husband felt something crawling on him. Found a bed bug and then another! Took pictures and then googled it to be sure it was a bed bug. Got dressed, called the desk and they moved us up stairs. Supposedly checked the room but the bed was a only pulled back a short distance. Asked to see a manager. but when we left the next morning, He still hadn't showed up. Was suppose to call us, never did. I called a couple of times to see if they were going to discount our room and they said they didn't over charge us! Checked my credit card again to make sure. Charged us full price. We had driven 750 miles that day and was beat! Even after we moved couldn't sleep for fear there was going to be more bugs. The attendent told us they had just had exterminators in a month before. Evidently it is an ongoing problem. No more Best Western for us!

  Older room needs some work but the beds were super comfortable and the staff was very nice

  Extremely clean room and good location. It was close to gas, shops, and food, and I felt very safe at the location. Definitely recommend.

  Pillows are awful. People smoking pot made for a miserable stay. Great location. I'm editing my post because I originally said it was quiet...well we were awakened by housekeeping at 12:15 to pounding on our door. Said they were housekeeping. Called down to desk to complain and said sorry but we had a problem with housekeeping and this is when we have to do it. Made noise for hours. Very very unhappy with the thoughtfulness of people who paid money to try to sleep here. . -
