Went to check in and waited about 10 minutes before anyone helped us with No one else wait or around. Unfortunately the pool was green and closed. One of the primary reasons we picked this hotel. So unfortunately the kids can't not enjoy it. Surely disappointed and no one even notified us at the time of check in or anything. One of our beds in our room as squeezey making it hard to sleep on an already uncomfortable hotel bed

This is what you can expect for $166.16 per night: Filthy rooms, ancient lumpy mattresses with actual creaky springs that wake you up all night as you toss & turn trying to find a spot with no lumps or springs sticking out, holes in the walls and shoddy repairs, mold and filth around the bathroom vent, thin scratchy stained towels and linens, stained shower curtain, LIVE BUGS, zero amenities — not even a coffee maker — and lamps and electronics that are so old you literally can’t even charge your phone properly in any of the USB ports. And the front desk staff could not have cared less. SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and never had any issues until now.
The woman working at the front desk with the dark curly hair (an Indian lady) I assume was very rude and never even introduced herself. When I first arrived, she told me there were no rooms available for check-in, even though I had just booked online and was never notified that rooms were unavailable. She then told me the housekeeping staff had just started working, which didn’t seem accurate because the maids were already there when I arrived.
She repeatedly told me to come back at 12:00 PM. I arranged my day around that and returned exactly at 12, only to be told to wait in my car for another 30 minutes for a room to be ready. By that point, I had already been waiting for several hours.
What made the situation even more frustrating is that if it only takes about 30 minutes to clean a room, I don’t understand why I had to wait over four hours. I drove through the property and noticed that several rooms appeared to have already been cleaned and prepared. Of course, I don’t know the hotel’s exact room availability, but from my perspective, the explanations I was given simply did not make sense.
Throughout the process, I received conflicting information and very little communication. As a returning guest, I felt disrespected and completely disregarded.
I have never had a problem at this hotel before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I would have gone somewhere else, but getting a refund is difficult once you’ve booked. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others. I hope management addresses these customer service issues so future guests are treated with more respect.

Very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast is free and basic. The room is adequate (water is hot and has good flow, towels while not huge are of good quality. The bed (king) was way too soft.
