  I am still waiting for your reply email regarding the reason why my credit card was charged for a supposed purchase in July 2026. I was in Belgrade in May 2026, where I rented a car at your branch. My original reservation had to be cancelled, the payment was refunded, and your employee asked for my physical credit card so that a new payment could be processed. Then, two months later, my card details were used for another transaction called Duvanska. However, I have been back in my home country since May 15. How could I possibly have made a card-present purchase in Belgrade in July if I was no longer in Serbia and my physical card was with me? This looks very much like fraud. How long are you going to ignore this issue? I expect an immediate explanation and a resolution to this unauthorized charge.

  We were very impressed with the process of hiring a car with Sixt in Beograd from Hilton location. The Sixt representative met us in the hotel and processed the pickup and drop off of the car. A very warm and friendly team, who definitely put the customer first, which is rare for hire car companies. The car was spotless and very reliable, and all pre-existing damage was documented to avoid any confusion on drop-off. We had the car for four days, travelling around beautiful Serbia. I definitely recommend using Sixt for your car hire.
