  Do not rent a car here! I strongly recommend choosing one of their competitors instead. Several of them offer much better terms, clearer conditions, and significantly better customer service. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing, and I will definitely choose another rental company next time.

  Very poor customer service if you need any sort of assistance. We received a well maintained, clean car for our trip. The agent must have missed something, because even after picking up our vehicle, the SIXT app was showing the car have not been picked up, so I couldn't make any changes to the reservation. Reached out and received some rude responses. and some administrative charges, even though the problem was on their end. Good luck for your reservation, I hope you don't need any assistance after picking up the car.

  I returned the car (volvo xc60) yesterday to tromso airport and today I have got a notification from my bank that i was charged 73.46 Euro. I haven't received any email or any information of why I was charged. I had a full insurance plus, I took videos before picking up the car and when returning the car so I would like to know why was I charged

  Headline: Warning: Hidden Fees & Huge 5000kr Deposit! Be careful! This company charges hidden fees and unfairly profits off your rental. They charge an "AutoPass fee" on every rental. In Norway, this tag is a one-time cost, but they charge it repeatedly to profit over and over. This is separate from actual tolls. Massive Deposit: They lock up 5,000 KR on top of the rental fee. They return it after deducting tolls, but losing access to 5,000 KR during your trip is a huge inconvenience. Avoid them and find a transparent rental company instead!
