As tourists visiting Norway for the first time, we were looking for a reliable car rental service, and Sixt Drammen provided us with a truly excellent experience. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Mr. Ali Osman. He was incredibly patient and thorough, guiding us through the car’s features as well as essential local information like traffic rules, parking fees, and fuel applications. The highlight of our experience was his extraordinary dedication when we encountered a payment issue with our bank. Even though his shift had already ended, he stayed with us for nearly an extra hour to ensure the problem was fully resolved. This level of personal effort and kindness made us feel very safe and welcome. If you are in Drammen, this is the place to go!
