  Tre stjerner så langt. Da har vi akkurat leid bilen på Evenes. Måtte filme en del, siden det var en del merker på den, vi ikke hadde signert. Barnesetet var vanskelig å få satt i. Var ikke hjelp til det. Bensintanken var halv. Håper alt går greit ved innlevering.

  made a car rental reservation through CarJet, booking number CJT-207013796, for a vehicle from SIXT at Tromsø Airport. When I arrived to pick up the car, I did not have my physical driving licence with me, and SIXT refused to release the vehicle. I understood the situation, and SIXT advised me to contact CarJet regarding a possible refund. I contacted CarJet by email before the reservation period ended and requested the cancellation of my booking. Unfortunately, I never received any reply by email. I then called CarJet customer service and was told that they would contact SIXT and that I should wait, as they would try to help me recover my money. After approximately three weeks of waiting, I called again, only to be told that I would not receive any refund because it was my responsibility for not having the physical driving licence, and because the booking should have been cancelled 24 hours before the pick-up time. I asked them to show me exactly where this condition is stated in the contract, as I could not find this information, but they refused to provide any written explanation or send me the relevant terms. I was simply told that I should forget about getting my money back. I find this way of handling a customer issue unacceptable. The lack of response to emails, contradictory information provided over the phone, and refusal to clearly indicate the applicable contract terms show very poor customer service. A very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend

  The Bodo Sixt location was supper easy to use. The staff were friendly and the car was clean. I rented a plug in hybrid. The Bodo location included the charging cable which turned out to be an amazing thing for us. It allowed us to use only a quarter tank the entire 10 day trip. The Oslo location does not include the cables which really stinks with crazy high gas prices. So be warned not all location operate the same.

  War sehr zufrieden mit meinem Leihwagen. Was mich persönlich stört, man unterschreibt die Übernahme des Fzg., welches einige Kratzer und Beulen hatte, bevor man dass Fzg sieht. Bei der Rückgabe ist niemand anwesend, für Schäden die nach Abgabe des Fzg durch andere entstehen können haftet man dann wohl auch. Für mich ein Unding und kenne ich von Sixt auch so nicht. Dann sollte man einen Kunden mit einem Elektrofahrzeug evtl nicht alleine stehen lassen. Es gibt Menschen die kennen die Prozedur nicht und da man keine eigenen Ladesäulen am Standort hat, könnte es hier zu Nachzahlungen kommen. Von meiner Kreditkarte wurde anschließend noch die Fähren abgezogen und gut war es. Leider habe ich den nächsten Leihwagen bei einer anderen Firma buchen müssen, aber 700€ mehr ist es nicht wert.
