  The "autopass fee" on the invoice after rental was robbery. We used one toll roads over 7 days in the lofoten islands which came to 39NOK and the fee for the actual tag in the car to use this toll road was 270NOK. Disgusting from SIXT which we did not have with our AVIS rentals in Norway. Also they tried to charge us for supposed damage to the car which was only waived after we submitted photo proof at the time of drop off, SIXT didn't check it for 3 hours sitting in their carpark. Use another rental company these guys will try bill you for everything.

  A fuir ! Nous avons loué un véhicule pour 2 semaines, lors du retour de la voiture nous recevons un email nous accusons d'avoir causé de multiples dommages sur la carrosserie pour un montant approchant les 1000.- (le montant de la franchise) hors ils y étaient déjà présents, photos à l'appui nous répondons à leurs accusations. Suite à cela, une réponse nous confirmant le cas clos et présentant des excuses. Une semaines après je constate un débit de environ 100.- sur ma carte de crédit donnée en garantie, sans aucun motif. Après 20 jours sans réponse de leur part à mes multiples demandes, je fais opposition au débit...

  "You are late. There will be a fee", was how I've been welcomed here. Would not recommend
