  I am deeply obliged to the kind gentleman from the Sixt office in Aalesund who, on August 14, spontaneously offered to drive me back to the city center after the return of my rental.

  Nie polecam! Nie sprawdzałam wcześniej opinii i bardzo żałuję. Sugerowałam się tym, że współpracują z wWizzairem i muszą mieć dobrą renomę. Problemy napotkaliśmy od samego początku. Nikt nie towarzyszył nam podczas odbioru samochodu z parkingu. Po przejściu na parking okazało się, że samochód nie został zaopatrzony w foteliki, które zamówiliśmy. Najpierw zadzwoniłam do pracownika, a po odczekaniu dłuższej chwili pofatygowałam się z dzieckiem na rękach, aby ponowić prośbę o dostarczenie fotelików. Mąż w tym czasie zrobił zdjęcia samochodu (radzę zrobić to każdemu naprawdę w szczegółowy sposób, również przed samym oddaniem samochodu, ponieważ nam pomogło to w udowodnieniu naszej niewinności). Pracownik, który dostarczył foteliki, na informacje o licznych rysach na karoserii i nie tylko zbagatelizował nasze zgłoszenie, powiedział żebyśmy nie zwracali na to uwagi. Przy zwrocie samochodu również nie było pracownika ani na parkingu, ani przy okienku. Po powrocie z udanego urlopu otrzymaliśmy maila z próbą wmówienia nam usterki, której nie zrobiliśmy i całe szczęście mieliśmy na to dowód. Kolejną sprawą była faktura rozliczeniowa, na której koszty różniły się od otrzymanej przez Wizzair. Z naszego konta ściągano pieniądze bez uprzedniego przekazania informacji, nie posiadaliśmy do tego wyraźnej faktury. Co więcej naszym znajomym zabrano pieniądze z konta na poczet dróg przy odbiorze samochodu, następnie po jego zwrocie doliczono rzeczywiste koszty, a wcześniejszych nie zwrócono. Znajomi musieli się kontaktować z infolinią Sixt, z Wizzairem oraz bankiem aby otrzymać swoje pieniądze z powrotem. Na pewno nie wypożyczymy samochodu przez tę firmę już nigdy więcej.

  Yesterday delivered the car we rented for 5 days. Carl helped us and he was very friendly and professional. But we do not like the rules of Sixt. There should be a person available to check the car when you deliver it because I see that many customers complain about high costs when already returned home. I hope this will not happen to us because we delivered the car clean inside and without more damage than when we received the car.

  My partner had a terrible experience with this car rental - the staff there are unprofessional, don't care for customers, and just want your money.

  AVOID - I had a flight cancellation, so whole trip needed to be called off. Called them and the guy said 'don't cancel via the website as they will charge you a cancellation fee & send us a email and we will get you a full refund". I did this, called him after - he said he was busy but it was received, later that day I called again and he said "I'm still busy - it doesn't matter if I get your refund sorted tomorrow". I called customer service as this was still before I was due to pick up - they were useless, called two times said two different things - they could cancel it for me but at the same cost as the rental! I said what the person at this branch said, and they went and spoke to their supervisor and said "Oh yeah, do what they said and deal with them direct but allow them 24 - 48 hours to get back to your email" It is now over 48 hours - I called this office again (I incur addional costs calling Norway from the UK!) - this time get another guy that says "ah there is nothing we can do - you have to claim your money back from the airline not us..." Awful - have used SIXT before, but after this NEVER again. The way this branch handled my concerns and queries was disgusting - I am due to be going to Norway a few times a year for a few years - well done for losing my custom for only a 2 day car rental.
