  SON UN TIMO!!! NO ALQUILÉIS NADA AQUÍ!!! Lamentable el servicio de la oficina que tiene Sixt en el aeropuerto de Stavanger, en concreto uno de sus empleados que omitió cualquier tipo de facilidad y ayuda tras pedírsela en varias ocasiones. Son tan arrogantes que en el momento que ven que no dominas como bilingüe el inglés se aprovechan para no ser claros con las condiciones (soy responsable para saber que es mi parte conocerlas, pero engañan y no son transparentes ni honestos). El resumen de la historia es la siguiente: alquilamos un coche, contratamos un seguro extra a parte y al devolverlo nos reclaman más de 600 euros por un arañazo en la parte superior del techo, que se nos impone a posterior entrega, sin poder demostrar su autoría. Tras meses de reclamación, el pago del mismo y la devolución vuelven a pedirnos el dinero del arañazo, escudándose en un abogado que lleva el caso. Ya está bien!!

  Very bad service. The person at the desk (Sola airport Stavanger Norway) lied through his teeth and cheated. This is my second experience with Sixt in Norway. They have a number of hidden terms. I repeatedly asked the person at desk, he lied without any hesitation. Once you paid the money, then they do not care. This is a reply to the reply to my review: Yes, everything is included in the terms and conditions. I wonder how many people rent a car from SIxt after reading the entire terms and conditions!! In my case, I asked thrice to the person at the desk about a particular repayment. He replied 'it will be credited in your account after a couple of days'. The grin on his face when he replied me says all about Sixt. I think you should retrain your employees on the terms and conditions and how to respond to the customers. I do not mind the money loss. I am more concerned about the Sixt customer culture.

  Spør dem deg om å låne bil og sier forsikringen din dekker kostnadene, si nei og sjekk forsikringen før du gjør noe. Lurte meg til å tro jeg hadde forsikringen som dekket lånebilen og snakket meg til å låne en tesla til 100kr dagen.. Måtte betale 6000kr til slutt som de trakk ut av kontoen.
