Before renting it, my husband took photos and videos of the car, including all the scratches. When he returned the car, there were no complaints. The deposit for the car was released within 5 days. But the next day, they tried to debit $1,200 from his account. He sent an email on May 15, 2026, to your company with a photo showing that the car was leased to him with these scratches. But you still debited $1,800 from his account. Your company did not provide receipts for the repairs or provide a damage report for this amount. My husband did not sign any damage reports for the car. This is fraudulent activity on your part. Our lawyer has filed a complaint alleging fraud by your company and the illegal debiting of funds from our account. If you do not contact us soon and resolve the issue and return our money, our lawyer, who is located in Norway, will personally submit the complaint to the Attorney General of Norway. You are a disgrace to your country, which is helping the Ukrainian people suffering from war. I ask all Ukrainians defrauded by this company to unite and fight this fraud through the law.

Pas de mauvaise surprise sur les frais après rendu du véhicule (sauf un peu les frais de péage dans le centre d'Oslo mais Sixt n'y est pour rien). Voyage jusqu'à Uvdal très confortable et véhicule très économique en carburant (4.8l/100).
