  We booked our car through booking.com and to collect the car by 4:30pm on 18/8/2026. I went to the Sixt representative 3:30 pmand told him I have made a booking and supposed to collect the car in one hour time (4:30pm).. as soon as Mr Adam Sixt representative heared that booking done through booking. Com reservation he respond to me that there will be delayed by two hours or more !! I told him but the confirmation says I suppose to collect the car by 4:30 pm .. he says that booking. Com don’t know about car availability and I should have done the booking through Sixt website. I spoke to booking. Com customer service and handed the phone to Mr Adam and then he reduce it to 30 to 45 minutes.. he is claiming that it’s high season and cars might not be available at the same time.. I said to booking that’s fine with me but I should be given notice of that and they might be delayed.. now it’s 6 pm and still didn’t collect the car!!.. We are going to drive for approximately 4 hours and such kind of waiting causes a fatigue to us and consequences.. the Sixt representative was not professional in handling the situation and act more aggressively rather to be sorry for the delay of handing the car to customers.. very bad experience and won’t deal in the future for sure.. 👎🏽

  В этой компании работают мошенники. У меня была полная страховка. Взяли депозит 3000 крон. За платные дороги было всего 600 крон. Разницу мне так и не вернули и сейчас ,2 недели спустя была попытка снять с кредитки ещё деньги. Просто нет слов.!!!!

  Personel gayet guler yuzlu ve canayakindi, sordugum her soruya sabirla yanit verdi. Arac teslim noktasini bulmak biraz karisik ama hizmet guzeldi.

  I had an experience with an improper duplicate charge for my recent car rental in Oslo airport and unfortunately until now nothing refunded even though I explained to them during the return of the car and I have several emails and proof of my payments via Visa card and master card.

  Attention aux abus : après le retour de ma voiture, on m'a facturé 420 euros pour une toute petite rayure sur une jante. Plus scandaleux, ils m'ont demandé 80 euros de plus pour perte de location de la voiture dûe à la réparation. Or il y avait déjà une rayure non réparée sur une autre jante, ce qui prouve que les jantes ne sont pas réparées. Cette pratique de faire payer une journée pour une petite rayure sur une jante est scandaleuse, comme si une mini rayure sur une jante empêchait la location pendant 24h. A la fin, 500 euros pour une petite rayure invisible sur une jante (jante qui dépasse d'ailleurs du pneu, ils vont gagner beaucoup d'argent avec ce modèle). Un vol!
