  Die Abholung und Rückgabe war sehr einfach und unproblematisch. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein sehr gutes Auto Ford Explorer. Das Laden in Norwegen ist völlig unproblematisch.

  Worst experience I've ever had!!!!!!! They gave me an unsafe car with a leaking tire. We didn't find out till we had a blow out. The tire guy said that was the worst tire he has seen. The fact we could have been in a crash because of them is unbelievable.We were on the side of the road calling them when they said we would have to figure out how to get the car back, and we will have to pay for a new car. When the guy on the phone said it was their fault. One of the rudest men I have ever talked to was Marco and another curly hair guy that was working on June 19. I've never had an issue with sixt before I used them all the time. I will never use them again because of these two horrible men Marco and the other curly hair guy. We will be sending an email to the CEO and anyone else to make sure no one else has to go through this.

  Todo fue segun lo previsto. Entrega con amabilidad y rapidez. El coche impecable, aunque no es de recibo que en un país como Noruega, los limpiaparabrisas no funcionen perfectamente. Estaban algo desgastados. La devolución fue sencilla y unos dias despues de la entrega recibimos por email la factura detallada, sin ninguna sorpresa y todo correcto, cobrandose en la tarjeta de credito tambien de manera correcta.

  As always one of the best car rentals. No hidden fees. Well maintain cars. Lovely staff. Done multiple road trip in NO. No issue You don’t have to worry about anything As long as you have a super cover so please buy. I have rent a car multiple times from Sixt and never had any issues. May be because I opt a super cover. Recommend.

  First it seemed that everything was fine with this car rental company at Olso airport: a nice, clean car, no queue at pick-up, and an easy return process (just dropping the key into a secure box). After that, my frustration began. I received two invoices for toll road passages. Both invoices showed the same amount, although one of them listed an additional payment as required, while the other indicated that no additional payment was due because I had already paid an extra deposit for tolls at pick-up. Then my credit card was charged an additional amount of over NOK 785, which is quite high. I asked the staff responsible on site, who told me this was again for tolls and parking. Fine—I accepted that and assumed the settlement was complete. A few weeks later, I received a letter from a Norwegian debt collection agency, apparently commissioned by this car rental company, demanding payment again for toll passages—plus interest and a reminder fee. Once more, I decided it was better to pay, even though the foreign exchange fees were considerable. I’m still extremely annoyed, and the least I can do is share this experience with other tourists. Be aware of the poor service and the company’s attitude toward customers: instead of transparent and comprehensible information or a proper reminder, you receive a letter from a debt collection agency.
