  I rented a car from the Sixt portal to collect from Sixt Skopje airport. I paid for BMW 3 series or something in its similar price range. The staff there gave me Audi Q2 instead, which is not in its similar price range. Upon readying Sixt company policy they should of refund me the difference, which they didn't or even given me car in the next category as described in their company policy. Upon raising this with the counter staff they pretty much waved it off and just kept say goodbye and didn't want anything to do with it or me. I then raised it with the online site Sixt and referred me to deal with the Macedonia Sixt staff. Which I did and with extremely slow email backwards and forward they offered me 200 euro voucher, which was no way near the price difference they should be refunding. I did not accept this. Becareful when renting a car from Sixt Skopje airport, one they do not follow company policy and can rip you off. This is why I'm giving them a 1 star review, I did give them a chance to rectify and they failed....

  Absolutely excellent service at SIXT Skopje! After having a very disappointing experience with SIXT Prishtina, the team in Skopje showed me how professional customer service should be. I was treated extremely well from the moment I arrived. They provided me with a Volvo, and the guys there were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was handled smoothly and with a genuinely positive attitude. A huge thank you to the whole SIXT Skopje team. I can absolutely recommend this branch – outstanding service and great staff!

  6 günlük, full kasko ve Green Card sigortası dâhil olarak kiraladığımız aracı, 2. gün zorunlu olarak geri dönmemiz gerektiği için iade ettik. Ödediğimiz ücretin yarısını iade edeceklerini belirten bir notu faturanın üzerine yazdılar. Ancak iade işlemi, yaklaşık 1 ay ve 5 kez e-posta ile yazışmamızın ardından gerçekleştirildi. Bu süreçte Sixt Global ne yazık ki herhangi bir takip yapmadı ve yardımcı olmadı. Süreç tamamen yerel firma tarafından yürütüldü ve geç de olsa tamamlandı. Rezervasyon yapmadan, kiralama işlemini doğrudan havalimanında gerçekleştirdim. Aracı teslim alırken de iade ederken de herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım.

  Excellent and fast service, the whole experience after arriving at the airport was quick and hassle free. This is my second time renting from Sixt and will do it again next chance i get! Thank you!
