- LRLin RobinJun 6, 20264.0剛租車時，很想給2顆星，因為遇到一個很機車的女性工作人員，只有她沒穿sixt的橘色制服。第一次在歐洲租車，把時間定在班機到達後的四小時，班機10點到，我預定14點取車，想說非假日應該庫存車很多，沒想到遇到了 歐盟會議在tivat召開，不但租車生意大好，我的還車日還是Tivat封城，必須再延後一天還車，更扯的是我必須等到14：30才能拿到車，幾經哀求，櫃檯帥哥緊盯車況，同意13：00給我車，然後我們從10：40等到13：00，也順利拿到合約跟鑰匙，這樣我可以完成我的計畫，從科特海邊一路開到Ostorg修道院，再到Durmitor國家公園。興高采烈地到停車場拿車，結果來了那位機車女，硬說要到14：30才能拿到車，我們幾經爭取，她竟然說那她可以幫我們解約...，這是什麼蠢員工啊，她不知道我們是遊客嗎？我們的行程已定，能夠解約嗎？要我們硬吞委屈，還假裝理性，以為我們是笨蛋嗎？遊客租車，需要的是租車公司的信用保障，一位在遊客受困時隨口說出解約的服務人員，能對公司有多大傷害，sixt真該好好教育這名員工。寫這封信，最關鍵的還是要表揚那位櫃臺帥哥，跟另一位充滿服務熱忱的小帥哥，為了趕快交車跟我們，在嚴重塞車的情況下，即時把車交給我們，還細心告訴我們所有細節，緣份更讓我們在還車時遇到他，而他在仔細檢查我們的車子後，也幫我們完成所有還車程序，真誠的笑容，替sixt挽回一點顏面。租車公司是自駕遊客的定海時針，如果不是堅強可信，最好還是不要出來丟人現眼，希望這位機車女能有自覺，別傷害公司的誠信。
