  剛租車時，很想給2顆星，因為遇到一個很機車的女性工作人員，只有她沒穿sixt的橘色制服。第一次在歐洲租車，把時間定在班機到達後的四小時，班機10點到，我預定14點取車，想說非假日應該庫存車很多，沒想到遇到了 歐盟會議在tivat召開，不但租車生意大好，我的還車日還是Tivat封城，必須再延後一天還車，更扯的是我必須等到14：30才能拿到車，幾經哀求，櫃檯帥哥緊盯車況，同意13：00給我車，然後我們從10：40等到13：00，也順利拿到合約跟鑰匙，這樣我可以完成我的計畫，從科特海邊一路開到Ostorg修道院，再到Durmitor國家公園。興高采烈地到停車場拿車，結果來了那位機車女，硬說要到14：30才能拿到車，我們幾經爭取，她竟然說那她可以幫我們解約...，這是什麼蠢員工啊，她不知道我們是遊客嗎？我們的行程已定，能夠解約嗎？要我們硬吞委屈，還假裝理性，以為我們是笨蛋嗎？遊客租車，需要的是租車公司的信用保障，一位在遊客受困時隨口說出解約的服務人員，能對公司有多大傷害，sixt真該好好教育這名員工。寫這封信，最關鍵的還是要表揚那位櫃臺帥哥，跟另一位充滿服務熱忱的小帥哥，為了趕快交車跟我們，在嚴重塞車的情況下，即時把車交給我們，還細心告訴我們所有細節，緣份更讓我們在還車時遇到他，而他在仔細檢查我們的車子後，也幫我們完成所有還車程序，真誠的笑容，替sixt挽回一點顏面。租車公司是自駕遊客的定海時針，如果不是堅強可信，最好還是不要出來丟人現眼，希望這位機車女能有自覺，別傷害公司的誠信。

  Excellent service. Instead of calling a taxi, the lady drove me to the center of Tivat herself at my request, and gave me some helpful tips along the way. This is rare to find, thank you very much for this! Fully 5stars!

  FUYEZ !!! Il me disent que ma cb ne permet pas de louer une voiture. Or, j'utilise tout le temps cette cb pour louer. Elle me dit "ici on est au Monténégro", quel argument de c***. Bref, ce sont des incompétents, on a dû repartir en France alors qu'on avait une location de logement pour 3 semaines dans ce pays de m****.

  Apparently the "FULL coverage" is not including the windshield - they charged us 450 euros for windshield which costs 91 euros in Renault Montenegro + 50 euros installation fee. That was the highest priced damage catalogue that I ever seen - instantly deducted from the 700 euros deposit which was necessary with the full coverage. I understand that the rock fell on the windshield caused damaged but the 3x pricing for the service is more than a ripoff.
