  Do not rent here. I've rent a car here on the 9th of june 2026 for 3 days. Sixt has blocked 748,55 € as a guarantee and in addition to the 3 day rental (248,55 €). They should unblock the 748,55 € from 7 to 30 days. Today is 29th of July (50 days have passed) and they didnt retur the money. Be careful with this shop.

  Pessima esperienza, avevo già prenotato e pagato in anticipo il noleggio tramite un'altra piattaforma, ma come ho potuto purtroppo constatare da altre recensioni anch'io sono stato truffato dall'agenzia al momento del ritiro: mi è stato infatti detto che c'era la possibilità di restituire l'auto senza fare rifornimento, con un risparmio netto rispetto ai prezzi dei distributori. Non mi è stato accennato nessun costo aggiuntivo. In seguito abbiamo scoperto che ci erano stati addebitati 98 euro nonostante avessimo rstituito l'auto con 4/5 di serbatoio pieno. L'assistenza si è rifiutata categoricamente di rimborsare questa cifra ingiustificata. Fate attenzione e rivolgetevi altrove se ne avete la possibilità.

  Very disappointing experience with this rental company. We booked a car and paid in advance and everything seemed fine until it was time to return the deposit. Suddenly they stopped being helpful and started making excuses just to avoid paying us back. At this point, it honestly seems like the only way to resolve this issue is to travel all the way back from Germany just because of the deposit, which makes no sense at all. The whole situation feels extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Be very careful before renting from this company. In my opinion, this business operates in a very suspicious way and customers should think twice before leaving any deposit with them. Would never use this service again.

  Very bad experience. I booked for 14 days from their website using my wife’s credit card who was also traveling with me. It was 751 euros. I booked extra car seat and full insurance etc., After reaching they refused to accept my wife’s credit card as booking was in my name. I have travelled around 30 countries with similar bookings. This wasn’t an issue anywhere. But, for the first time it was an issue with SixT company. They refused my card as it was Maestro card. My other card had a limit of 1000 euros, they refused to split into 2 transactions also. They made me add my wife as additional driver to accept my wife’s credit card. Additional fee of 82 euros. Then the manager literally scammed us. He just said, I have made it such that you can return your car without refilling the fuel. He said that will save us around 30-40 euros. He didn’t mention that there will be any extra charge. Later we found 98 euros added a a charge for this. Refueling the car would have costed me only 35 euros. In the end, the bill which was 751 euros was made in 930 euros.
