  Sixt is a good provider rental car service in Chisinau. The personal is very polite and helpful. They are trying to decide your situation and they have a huge car park, so you have a choice. I highly recommend this car rental service.

  My reservation was made through flizzr and was to be serviced by SIXT. After paying for an additional taxi because I was redirected from the original pickup location (which I specially chosen in advance) stated on my voucher, I arrived at this SIXT branch with my confirmed reservation, only to be informed that my reservation could not be found and that no vehicle could be provided. What disappointed me most was not only the failure to provide a solution, but the complete lack of willingness to help. Despite explaining that I was travelling with my elderly father and even offering to rent a more expensive vehicle, I was simply told that nothing could be done. No alternative was suggested, no real effort was made to assist us and we were left to reorganize our entire trip on our own. To make matters worse, I was refused temporary Wi-Fi access to arrange alternative transportation and my elderly father was refused access to the restroom while we were trying to resolve the situation. A confirmed reservation should never end like this. Even when a reservation problem originates elsewhere, customer service is measured by how staff respond and try to help. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I cannot recommend this branch based on my experience.

  Una esperienza negativa,ho aspettato 3 ore per avere la macchina da un altra compagnia perché questi li avevano lasciato a loro….non sono responsabili !!!!

  We rented a car with airport pick up but we returned it here, in Moldova downtown. The car return went smoothly and our deposit was released on the next day. We were upgraded to a jeep which was good for us as we later found out that the roads outside Moldova are not in a good condition - lot of potholes. We did not encountered any problems with the staff.

  Avoid it at all cost. In other countries the franchise rule is well respected,you will get the same quality of service at every location. In Moldova, they decided to charge me for a scratch that was previously reported. (200$).When I raised the concern to the center, they said they will return the money, but after that they stopped replying to the emails. Money was charged and never refunded ! Avoid the Moldova SIXT franchise at all cost. Its a scam.
