⚠️ STAY AWAY — VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I never received my car rental deposit back, and I was not given a valid reason for why they kept it. What was especially concerning is that they appeared to represent themselves as SIXT and displayed SIXT signage, but the business was officially called AutoRentExpert ALBIS. Based on my experience, I would not rent a car from this company again. I felt misled, and my deposit was never returned. Be very careful before giving them your money or leaving a deposit. STAY AWAY.

Sixt is a good provider rental car service in Chisinau. The personal is very polite and helpful. They are trying to decide your situation and they have a huge car park, so you have a choice. I highly recommend this car rental service.

My reservation was made through flizzr and was to be serviced by SIXT. After paying for an additional taxi because I was redirected from the original pickup location (which I specially chosen in advance) stated on my voucher, I arrived at this SIXT branch with my confirmed reservation, only to be informed that my reservation could not be found and that no vehicle could be provided. What disappointed me most was not only the failure to provide a solution, but the complete lack of willingness to help. Despite explaining that I was travelling with my elderly father and even offering to rent a more expensive vehicle, I was simply told that nothing could be done. No alternative was suggested, no real effort was made to assist us and we were left to reorganize our entire trip on our own. To make matters worse, I was refused temporary Wi-Fi access to arrange alternative transportation and my elderly father was refused access to the restroom while we were trying to resolve the situation. A confirmed reservation should never end like this. Even when a reservation problem originates elsewhere, customer service is measured by how staff respond and try to help. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I cannot recommend this branch based on my experience.
