  Excellent customer service. The staff at Sixt Monaco out did themselves, especially Christine. Multi lingual and high customer service values. (And kudos yo you Pierre as well)

  The grandma lady working at the desk treats the customers according to her mood. I showed up, with my 7 year old daughter, after having driven my electric rental car having an issue, and she told me she was too busy (chitchatting with a gentleman) and after that her duty would be over. She told me her duty would be over at 6pm, but I was at the desk at 5.30pm. She asked me, in a very rude tone, to call customer service, pointing at a small leaflet, that was impossible for me to read, because I don't carry a telescope at all times every time I go out. But, I want to thank her, because her rudeness brought me in touch with the most incredibly polite customer service and technicians that SIXT work with. They immediately took action, and the problem was resolved. Also, thanks to the old lady, I came across the politeness and kindness of the people of Monaco that were very eager to help and assist a mother with her child.
