  The absolute kindest, most helpful people today! After a week that’s been nothing short of pants, the team here totally saved the day. They fit me in when I was having a right old time with an appointment. Left with a massive grin and no glaucoma, which is always a bonus! Let’s just hope R2-D2 doesn’t swoop in and steal all their jobs!

  Honestly cannot fault this service at all. The hearing aids have made a significant difference to my life and Chris has been supportive throughout. He is always friendly and welcoming, goes through everything that he is checking and goes out of his way to deliver the best service.

  My Husband and I travelled into Boots Salisbury, got there fifteen minutes before his appointment time at 4.45 for 5.00 to be told the audiologist had already left. No surprise the reviews are 1 star would give less if I could, advice you to go somewhere else where the audiologist bothers to stay for the appointments that are booked in.

  Having waited for an appointment arrived to be told my husband couldn't have a hearing test because he can't wear a mask!!!! Furious..... Covid is THE best excuse for doing nothing. If masks MUST BE worn then that should be included in the booking information.
