Price difference between price on shelf and price at till. It was only 1p, but I still had to pay the increase because it was a "shop problem." Not the best way to run a business. "It's only a penny..." was the reply, when I challenged the price difference. Quite true, but we're supposed to watch those. Keep extending and overcharging all your customers and those pennies really add up...
The absolute kindest, most helpful people today! After a week that’s been nothing short of pants, the team here totally saved the day. They fit me in when I was having a right old time with an appointment. Left with a massive grin and no glaucoma, which is always a bonus! Let’s just hope R2-D2 doesn’t swoop in and steal all their jobs!

Honestly cannot fault this service at all. The hearing aids have made a significant difference to my life and Chris has been supportive throughout. He is always friendly and welcoming, goes through everything that he is checking and goes out of his way to deliver the best service.

Having waited for an appointment arrived to be told my husband couldn't have a hearing test because he can't wear a mask!!!! Furious..... Covid is THE best excuse for doing nothing. If masks MUST BE worn then that should be included in the booking information.
