  Amazing experience at the Seven Dials store! I had never tried Byredo fragrances before, but I’d heard a lot about the brand and seen it online. Rachele was super kind and welcoming she introduced me to the brand, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and explained the different fragrances in a really genuine and knowledgeable way. She also gave me three samples to try during my holiday in London, which was such a thoughtful touch. Grazie!

  I had an amazing experience at the shop, and Delyana was absolutely lovely. She was so helpful, kind, and professional, and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Great service from start to finish — thank you, Delyana!

  Went to the BYREDO Seven dials yesterday and was given exemplary service by both of the representatives there! Firstly walked in, was allowed to browse for a short period to settle in and take a look at the fragrances on display and was kindly prompted that I could spray the testers on skin! After a short while, I got into a conversation about Alto Astral and Bal’ D’Afrique, in which Andres was very knowledgable and gave a break down of the notes of both! Then shortly after enjoyed a conversation with Carlos regarding fragrances in general, which was a breath of fragrant air! Furthermore, they showed me the other products that they sell, like the room spray and the candles, which were also exceptional and provided samples of some of the fragrances in which I am definitely interested in purchasing soon. As someone with a love for perfume I thought very highly the service that was provided that and would come back to this store.

  I had a really nice first experience at BYREDO thanks to Rachele. I'd heard of the brand before but never really thought about trying it until I walked in and felt her genuine, welcoming vibe. She was patient and took the time to help me explore their fragrances for my aunty, cousin and even myself, explaining everything well getting all the preferences i described very accurate! I also found a fragrance I love and will definitely be back to make my purchase once I'm ready. Overall she was so caring and thoughtful throughout our conversation and as i was tired and sat down she brought the fragrances over to me instead, I appreciated that a lot.
