I bought hearing aids from boots in Feb 2021. I have found their aftercare abominable. Every appointment in nearly 3 years has been cancelled and rescheduled by them. This is particularly annoying as it means that without cancelling a given appointment,I have had to take appointments which are not convenient. My latest appointment for my end of guarantee check has been cancelled twice, with no alternative offered. I have tried to log into my Hearing Care account with no success. The browser does not recognise it! I would urge anyone thinking of buying hearing aids from Boots to think twice about it and go elsewhere.

Apart from having to wait over a week for an appointment and having my first appointment cancelled at short notice, the actual appointment was very good. The audiologist was professional and helpful. He was also friendly and pleasant.
