  I wouldn't have opted for Boots frankly as I'm more given to private healthcare but I must applaud the professionalism, skill and care I have received and am receiving from Martin Paterson-Brown in Boots Farnham. I tend to probe with direct questions and Martin has answered with logic and technical detail when I've wanted this which inspires confidence. I don't do reviews unless I'm 100% happy with who I'm reviewing so well done Martin and well done Boots Hearingcare Farnham.

  Martin Paterson-Brown at Boots Hearingcare was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and very reassuring throughout the appointment. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions properly, and made the whole process feel calm and straightforward. I really appreciated how thorough and approachable he was. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a hearing check.
