  Took my elderly dad for what I thought was a hearing test ...but apparently was not a full hearing check. The audiologist couldn't be less bothered if he tried, felt like we were an inconvenience. He did a quick test ..told us my dad had hearing loss ..and proceed to give me a leaflet told me to book another appointment and gave me a leaflet to choose what hearing aids we wanted . No recommendations... no other explanations . Absolutely awful. Obviously will not be booking future appointments. What a waste of appointment!

  Absolutely appalling service. Half an hour delay from the appointment time although no one was with the audiologist. He then faffed about trying to print off a return label for something! Not a word of apology for the delay and a very disinterested attitude.

  The lady who saw my mum for her hearing was amazing. Saem I believe her name is. Really thoughtful, caring and understanding. Amazing services and reassurance provided by her which added extra value to what she does. Keep doing what your doing!

  Friendly and helpful staff, and managed to fit me in when I needed an emergency appointment, a very nice place to get your eyes checked in.
