Nice greeting as I arrived. Appointment was on time. The audiologist explained everything and listened to my concerns and reassured me. I would recommend Caterham Boots for this service

Staff really friendly and professional. Unfortunately I could not have the hearing testvdone due to the fact my ears were full of wax. But once cleared, I will definitely be making another appt.

I went to an appointment for an Eye test that was my bi-annual check on Monday at 15:55 but when I arrived, it was cancelled without any calls or messages to tell me about it. The reason behind it was that there was no-one available to do my eye test. This was the second time time that I have travelled to Caterham for a pre-booked eye appointment when there is no qualified staff available. This appointment had been rescheduled 5 times by Boots, as it was. The customer service was very poor and borderline on rude. I feel disappointed and let down as I have been a loyal customer for many years.
