  My husband has been going here for 4 years and the service has been excellent. The audiologist (think her name is Anita) is very efficient, friendly, informative and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend hearing aids and the excellent after care you receive from Boots Caterham

  I went to an appointment for an Eye test that was my bi-annual check on Monday at 15:55 but when I arrived, it was cancelled without any calls or messages to tell me about it. The reason behind it was that there was no-one available to do my eye test. This was the second time time that I have travelled to Caterham for a pre-booked eye appointment when there is no qualified staff available. This appointment had been rescheduled 5 times by Boots, as it was. The customer service was very poor and borderline on rude. I feel disappointed and let down as I have been a loyal customer for many years.
