Mahtab very good. He was on time, very efficient, giving clear instructions when required. He made sure to explain everything and ask when he needed me to move or do something rather than jumping in. And he took time to show me the images of inside my ear and where the issue was, which I appreciated.

Arrived for an appointment but found out it was cancelled over a month prior. No letter or call to say it was cancelled. Staff were nice, not their fault. She rescheduled it and said she would call if anything changes. Went with my nan in a wheelchair and it was accessible, but the large mat at the front door isn’t the best.
