One star, overall, is still too much!!!
Maria who eventually did the annual review was wonderful and the 'fitting' by Somia the same, at Shrewsbury Boots Hearing. That's where it ends...
The call centre is a complete uncaring, thoughtless, couldn't care less type of place... why ... because firstly they are faceless to the customer. Secondly, thirdly and fourthly, they failed to inform us the audiologist was off sick, the next appointment was never made despite saying it was and on complaining the only 'goodwill gesture' was a measly £30 to spend on their products.
The hearing aids are good, very expensive and the face to face people are great, including Jenny at Shrewsbury who is part of the optical staff who helped me out no end on the third attempt at receiving the annual check-up. Boots hearing 'care' centre is useless and really let's the previously well-known brand down desperately. At least remove the word 'care' to reflect reality.
