  Brought my grandma here for her eye test after an awful experience at Specsavers. First Kirsty saw her and took her through all the pre-assessment and then she had a very thorough eye test with Will and back to Kirsty for glasses fitting. The shop is very large, light and welcoming. Plenty of car parking outside. 100% recommend coming here - excellent experience ☺️

  The after care service isn’t very good. Try ringing the helpline you are waiting forever. Poor.

  Husband took time off work but was told on arrival his appointment had been cancelled, no notification messages sent to confirm this. Boots reluctantly agreed to fulfil the booking but carried out a hurried check and told him to sort wax and book again. Couldn’t wait to get him out the shop. Earliest appointment available without losing more work time was at the end of April.
