  I had my consultation with Shuren at Boots Reading World of Hearing today. This was my follow-up after having Shuren fit and calibrate them when new on 3rd March this year. Shuren conducted a thorough check of both my ears and the hearing aids, followed by a download of data and re-calibration of the hearing aids. First class service as usual.

  Boots HearingCare have delivered exemplary service over the last 3 years or so. Replacement hearing aids were dispensed in a friendly and efficient manner by Shuren who went to great lengths to ensure that I understood how the latest generation of aids work and that I was happy with my purchase. He comes highly recommended, thank you.
