  I was very satisfied with my hearing test and subsequent meeting a few weeks later. I felt the tests were carried out thoroughly and I am confident in the resulting assessment. I felt I received a clear explanation of the options Boots could offer and my questions were answered. Having now used my new hearing aids for a few weeks I am pleased with the improvement in my hearing experience and impressed with their ability to adapt to different environments.

  Trainee practitioner failed to notice that I had an ear infection when I went for micro suction treatment. Very painful, not very sympathetic and didn't work. Subsequently went to specialist - Oracle In Thame - who identified the problem, carried out the removal and contacted my local GP for medication. More expensive but worth every penny.
