  I dealt with both Raj and Josh and both were brilliant. Raj did my initial consultation and found a large blockage of wax preventing me from having a hearing test that day so scheduled me in for wax removal with Josh. Raj showed me a live feed of the inside of my ears the clear one with a visable ear drum and the blocked one. This was reassuring and explained alot of why I struggle to hear people in loud environments. Josh on the first visit took a second look to confirm the wax hadn't magically disappeared with the use of drops, unfortunately it still remained and was quite solid and micro suction wasn't successful. I was booked in for a second appointment once the drops had had a week to really soften the wax. I returned today the wax was soft enough to actually be removed however it definitely made Josh work hard to get it all out and there was an immediate difference in my hearing and the tinnitus I've suffered for a long time actually decreased it's not fully gone but a massive improvement. Josh also conducted a hearing test and to both of our surprise (considering my history of blatant ear misuse) they aren't in bad shape with only minor hearing loss in the really high frequencies in one ear. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone worried about their hearing, I'm glad I went ahead as it's offered some peace of mind. However I will need a new excuse for not hearing my partner at home now. Many thanks to Josh and Raj
