    Good experience with the process and outcome explained. When I got home I looked up the matrix which is used to show the results and found some more useful information (what the axis were - decibels and pitch), what type of sound is 20 or 100 decibels etc. Would have been interesting to have been told to put things in to context.

    Very disappointed my wife had appointment today for her new hearing aids and appointment cancelled she is devastated as she needs them for her job nobody trained to set them up this isnot good
