  Very poor service. Charged me £75 cleaning fee for having some small amount of sand in car. See attached pictures. Have rented from sixt across the UK and not had an issue before so this seems to be specific to this branch.

  We hired a car from here for our trip around Ireland. Billy was amazing, friendly, and kept us laughing throughout the entire rental process. The car upgrade he got us helped make our trip that much better! We really appreciated his customer service and will be using Sixt again next time we are over.

  I fly into Belfast often for work, and I always rent cars from Sixt. The service is unparalleled. I picked up my car this afternoon, and had a system warning flash up on the dash within an hour of leaving. I called the desk, explained the issue, and James was so helpful in getting it resolved for me. Great customer service... yet another reason why I only rent from Sixt Belfast!

  Third time using SIXT car hire at Belfast City Airport. Excellent service all round. The car was exactly as I requested, automatic with Sat Nav and controls that made it extremely easy to drive from Belfast to Donegal. The reception on arrival at the Sixt desk in Belfast City airport has always been professional. We were well received at the pick up point by David and he gave us instructions on the use of the car and associated controls. He was courteous, friendly and accommodated our needs. It was a pleasure to drive the Kia Niro. The controls were very useful as they made comfortable driving on the hills and narrow roads in Donegal. I definitely will use Sixt again for my next trip to Belfast
