  I rented a car through SIXT Car Rental from MAY 28 to JUNE 1 in BELFAST. The car was ready for me to collect at the airport. There were no hidden charges, the representatives were so professional and pleasant. After a great warm welcome at the desk, I went to pick up the car at the lot. However, there were a few issues with it, so I was surprisingly upgraded to a new KIA PICANTO. Amazing service! Similarly while returning the car there were lovely representatives waiting to receive the car. The new car did not have any problems during the time that I used it, so I knew my deposit would be safely returned and it surely was, in a timely manner. I definitely recommend using SIXT Car Rental and here’s a big shout out to the George Best Belfast City Airport Team making it all possible - credit to you lads!!!! you all know who you are 🙏. Thank you all for being so nice. It goes a long way, seriously, I’ll be booking with you guys again.

  This was my first time renting and the experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Right at pickup I detected a flat tire in the car that was going to be given to us and once I brought it up a new vehicle was provided. No questions asked. The vehicle was very comfortable and very clean. I spent hours driving and barely felt tired behind the wheel since the car was so comfortable. At drop off everything went well and extremely fast too. Will definetly be renting with SIXT again!

  Unbeatable service from Billy at Belfast City Airport! We had an absolutely flawless experience renting a car with SIXT at Belfast City Airport. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, but the real highlight was Billy, who looked after us at the desk. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were sorted with the perfect vehicle for our trip. His warm hospitality gave us the best possible welcome to Northern Ireland. The car itself was spotless, modern, and drove like a dream. We will definitely use SIXT here again—ask for Billy if you want top-tier service!
