  Excellent service at Boots Hearingcare Norwich Castle Mall. I would especially like to thank Mr. Vivek Anand Muthukaruppan for his professional, patient and caring approach during my hearing assessment. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained the results clearly and made me feel well looked after throughout the appointment. I really appreciated his help and advice regarding my sudden hearing loss and tinnitus. Thank you, Vivek, for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

  Frustrating process trying to book online. Constant errors and refers you to a chat at the bottom of the page which does not exist on mobile. Not helpful customer service.
