  Absolutely DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY badly stained seats and filthy area. Tucked up a corner where trollies are stuffed behind badly closed screens. A passing place for the staff room too.

  My wife arrived for 9am appointment this morning and nobody bothered to turn up!!! This is disgusting as we travelled from Costessey to Riverside for the appointment. We are both disabled and were told that this is always happening . Will never go to Boots again and will make sure that everyone knows of our experience.

  A gentleman here today treated me with more respect and empathy than i probably deserved given my rude stressed out behaviour. His patience and giving me the benefit of the doubt in a difficult moment saved me a lot of pain and anxiety. Thank you.
