  Thank you very much to Justin for a brilliant service at short notice. Coming out of arrivals at Newcastle airport (6pm on 13 June) we were in urgent need of a car. Justin found us a car straight away and carefully, and cheerfully, talked us through our options (as well as the pick-up and drop-off procedure). Would go back to Justin without hesitation.

  Thank you to Adrian - based at Newcastle Airport. Great service, great advice and kept things simple for my brain to understand. He offered me an upgrade for free and now my GF wants me to buy a Vauxhall Grandland...!!! Thanks Adrian! A credit to the company and definitely helped me decide on who I should come back to for my next hire. Cheers

  The car rental desk is not in Newcastle terminal, it is a 5 minute walk to the rental center. The main advantage of Sixt is that the car can be picked up after hours using the mobile check-in which gives you a code to get key from a lockbox. Staff are great and the car was in excellent condition.

  I had a great experience picking up my rental car from Sixt at Newcastle Airport. The whole process was smooth, quick, and well organized. A special thank you to Richard, who was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to clearly explain the vehicle pick-up process and made sure I understood everything before leaving. His excellent customer service made the experience stress-free and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Sixt Newcastle Airport and would be happy to rent from them again in the future.
