Can't fault this place. Really great staff, very polite. :) Only downside is their website for booking appointments. It's been broken for some time now.

Excellent! Explained how your ear works and why hearing declines as you age. Would highly recommend a check.

The lovely Priya made me very welcome and was very professional and friendly. I was delighted and surprised that she didn’t try to sell me anything but was happy to give me lots of free advice. I highly recommend this fabulous service.

Priya was amazing she dealt with both my husband and I with a dual appointment and explained many ongoing issues that seemed insurmountable at the time. Patient and calm, especially during unexplained situations that l was experiencing with my new rechargeable hearing aids. Everyone at Boots Hearing Centre have gone above and beyond in their care and consideration of our needs. Thank you everyone. Thank you Priya.
