A 'get on with it' attitude.
Customer service is severely lacking from this department. I felt very intimidated from the attitude of how I was treated from the moment we met - Very rushed and sensed a great deal of frustration. Perhaps arriving to the appointment a mere three minutes late was the cause of it?
Overall service was opinionated and extremely patronizing which can be passed as quite rude and especially touching on the personal issues.
But guess what, when it came to promoting the products - a sense of calmness brewed in.
Overall feeling rather disgusted after leaving by the level of service and regret to visit another spectacles company that also provide hearing services which was only a few doors away.
I would strongly advise to reconsider and go elsewhere.
