  Everything was perfect from start to finish. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The entire rental process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. A special thank you to Brad, who was absolutely outstanding. He was very friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Brad took the time to explain everything clearly and in great detail, making sure I understood all aspects of the rental agreement and vehicle features. His excellent customer service made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend sixt and would definitely rent from them again. Thank you for such a great experience!

  Our second time hiring a car from Sixt and we are very pleased with the service. Mo has offered us an upgrade - so we experienced London on a Mini Cooper and the overall experience has been very good. We will visit them again next month and we will definitely recommend Sixt Car Hire to our friends.

  One never really knows what one will get with car hire companies, both in customer service, ease of procedure and car quality. However Sixt in Luton were genuinely great. Both chaps at the pick up point went above and beyond to ensure it was a good experience - thanks!

  **5 stars entirely because of Mo at Sixt Luton Airport** My review is for Sixt at Luton Airport, using the shuttle service, on 18 May 2026. The 5-star experience was entirely because of one person: Mo at Sixt. He was simply fantastic! The Sixt office was short-staffed that day, and Mo was clearly holding everything together. It was impressive to watch him working extremely hard while making it seem effortless. He was dealing with difficult office calls, picking customers up on time despite bad traffic, and remained patient, warm, kind and helpful throughout. From the moment he picked me, and other customers, up from the airport, it was clear that he is someone exceptional. At the Sixt office, I discovered that I had been badly let down by DiscoverCars, through whom I had booked the rental. Because my flight from Lisbon had been delayed by four hours, DiscoverCars had voided my rental contract under their “small print”: if you are more than 60 minutes late, they cancel the voucher. My entire 5-day rental payment for an Elite SUV was voided and non-refundable. I had flown to the UK because my father had just been admitted to hospital with a heart attack. I needed a car immediately so I could drive straight to the hospital. It was the end of the day. I was stranded without a car, with about 100 miles still to travel. Mo went to great lengths to arrange a car for me. Although my payment to DiscoverCars was lost, Mo managed to set up a new contract with Sixt at very short notice and got me into a car so I could reach the hospital. He even gave me an excellent deal. I will not forget Mo’s compassion and kindness at a moment when I genuinely needed help. He is a fantastic manager for Sixt, and a rare and special person. Sixt are incredibly lucky to have him. **Thank you, Mo!**
