  Easy to book appointment's online, but impossible to do so via the website despite their auto bot service saying otherwise. Their find out when people I dont turn up. Did try to advise but make it impossible to cancel. Especially bad when people with hearing problems are kept waiting, seemingly, in an endless cue.

  Avoid this place as the quality of service in this place is very poor. I have been wearing hearing aids all my life and decided to buy some new ones from Boots as they had the 0% interest free payment offer. They prescribed me 2 x Phonak Naida P-UP and the ear moulds along with it. As I am profoundly deaf the moulds have to fit my ears tightly . The first set which were soft were a poor fit as they irritated my ears. They issued a new pairs which of harder constructions but they never really fitted my ears properly. I tried the changing the tubing on them but it wasn't until the 2nd visit of trying to change them that I'd found that the tubing were glued in by the manufacturer which nobody told me about. May have to presue a claim against them through thge courts.
