  I recently visited Boots Opticians for an Optomap and OCT eye scan, along with a comprehensive eye test. Yesterday, I collected my new Varilux XR series varifocal glasses and was immediately impressed by the crystal-clear vision they provide. The optometrist, Mathuza Uthayasangar, truly stands out as a champion in her field, offering expert care and attention throughout the process. The staff at the store were exceptionally supportive both during the eye test and when I returned to pick up my new glasses. Their professionalism and friendliness made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I decided to insure my glasses, recognising how valuable they are to me. Overall, I am delighted with the service and would highly recommend Boots Opticians to anyone seeking quality eye care.

  I have has 4 seperate appointments booked between my mum and dad, which I have taken annual leave from work so I could go with them and all have been cancelled. Today we arrived at the store waiting to check in for the appointment when my dad's mobile rang. It was boots cancelling the appointnent! Terrible customer service. I will not bother with this store again.

  This place is so quick to take your money and not interested in the aftercare. Two appointments cancelled prior to obtain the hearing aid. Since obtaining the hearing aid, 3 appointments cancelled. This is the 4th appointment that is going to be rescheduled. The space in between each of the rearranged appointment is roughly 4-8 weeks. But rest assured, I will get a scripted “I apologise” together with a “sorry to hear that”. Would not recommend. Going to find another organisation that will focus on hearing Health and aftercare rather than sales.

  My mum has been trying to find a hearing aid fit for purpose and comfortable. After many years she tried Wimbledon boots, which she can't stop raving about. Thank you Sony.
