  Really smooth experience renting with Sixt. The car was ready on time, the pickup and drop-off process was quick and straightforward, and customer service was helpful throughout. No issues or surprises with the booking, the vehicle, or the final charges. Would happily rent from them again.

  took the car back on the 6th of August after 2 days hire, done less than 50 miles,returned full tank, received a receipt on the 18th for close to 1000 pounds and 960 miles and no fuel charged 170 pounds for fuel. they gave the car to someone else while still on my name. what a load of garbage sixt and their staff, ignorance and mediocrity is their new motto .

  This is the worst car rental company I have ever encountered. I thought everything was settled when I returned the car, but a few days later, a host of issues cropped up—specifically regarding toll fines that the average tourist wouldn't even know about. On top of that, they slapped on an extra "administrative fee" for handling the fine, which is completely unreasonable. The government issues the fines; what business is it of yours? Are you all in cahoots with the government to fleece tourists? I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company—it will ruin your mood and drain your wallet. Please think twice before renting from them!😠

  Scammed (for the second time with this agency and location in particular). Unfortunately lesson not learned. Please Avoid. Booked a XC90 with a 7 seater only to be downgraded by them 24 hours before to a X5 5-seater. Which also costs much cheaper. Worse is they made me pay 99 GBP for 24-hour prior cancellation for their non-availability. Now I see tons of similar reviews as mine all over their SIXT locations - wish I had seen it before. Seems like a scamming culture by them to book their revenues and cheat people off their hard earned money and weeks of proper travel itinerary planning. Avoid this agency and save yours precious time and money.
